Refund Policy

Article 1 (Refund Eligibility)

You may request a refund if you meet the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of subscription or credit payment and no service usage
  • Unable to use the service normally due to technical issues
  • Promised service not provided due to company's fault

Article 2 (Refund Process)

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a refund request email to hello@arclair.com. Include purchase date, payment amount, and reason for refund.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on payment method.
  4. You will receive an email notification when the refund is completed.

Article 3 (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Already used services (credits, voice chat, etc.) - used portion is non-refundable
  • Simple change of mind after 7 days from purchase
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (except as required by law)
  • Account suspension or restriction due to user's fault

Article 4 (Subscription Cancellation and Partial Refund)

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime and continue using the service until the end of current billing cycle.
  • Canceling before next billing date will stop automatic renewal.

Article 5 (Legal Rights)

This refund policy does not limit user rights guaranteed by applicable laws (such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Rights of withdrawal and consumer rights stipulated by law apply separately from this policy.
